Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, no problem! You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

Sent back with original packaging (if applicable)
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a store credit equal to your original purchase price (excluding original shipping fees).
The customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the returned item.
Our Mistake? We’ll Make It Right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there was a mistake on our part, please reach out within 15 days of delivery.
We’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement—whichever you prefer. Return shipping is on us!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
